Alpine building performance partners with a national property condition and data company to pull historical permit records on your subject property. This allows you to obtain a permit history to determine if and when permits were pulled for repair and renovation work. Permits obtained will describe the nature of work previously performed on the home. Historical property data will be delivered in a separate attached report on the Spectora dashboard.

You will receive a complementary Home Permit History Report when scheduling a home inspection, if data is available.
