Alpine Intelligence User Guide
Need help getting started with Alpine Intelligence? You are at the right place!
First download a PDF of the MLS listing you want to use. If the property is not on MLS yet you can PDF the Realist Tax Report of the property to get the same result.
Open the link to Alpine Intelligence here.
Drag and drop the PDF you created in the first bullet point above into Alpine Intelligence at the location pictured below. (Please note you can click the plus symbol and navigate to where you saved the PDF as an alternative).
You should now see your file load into the GPT (it will take a few seconds). Once complete click the up arrow that appears to have your report run by Alpine Intelligence.
Once your report is completed you will be asked for additional for further information/refinements (examples include having Alpine Intelligence generate additional client-facing talking points, and Alpine Intelligence providing solutions-oriented planning considerations as well as providing additional information to refine the report). Respond in natural language for any additional analysis to be performed by Alpine Intelligence. Upload additional documentation as prompted to have Alpine Intelligence run a more refined report for you.
